Our standard package includes five meals, while our half-service package comes with ten meals, and our full-service package offers fifteen meals per week. If you are looking for a long-term dietary solution, we offer a monthly commitment of sixty meals over a month, which comes out to fifteen meals per week. Our meals are delicious, healthy and are designed to help you achieve your health goals.

The Full Service Package is a meal plan that will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Catered to make sure you meet you calorie and nutrition goals.

The Half Service plan includes two choice meals to your own desire taste. Not a breakfast fan, have lunch and dinner or mix and match this plan to fit your personal lifestyle.

The Standard Service Package is Five of your favorite meals. Breakfast, Lunch, or dinner the choice is yours with this package.
Monthly Commitment
MONTHLY COMMITMENT
Sign up for the Monthly Commitment plan. It will eliminate the extra hassle of having to prepare you own meals. We will provide you with a monthly calendar that is customize to fit your schedule. Weekly menus will be sent out with a variety of options for you to choose from.
